Snippets of: French Drawings exhibition at the National Galleries of Scotland

I went to see this yesterday (after dropping by to see the Young Vermeer 3 paintings display, on its last day of course) and it really felt like home.
I didn't know any of the pieces on display but the style of them must have struck an emotional-artistic chord because it all felt strangely familiar to wander in these cosily lit rooms.
There are really amazing drawings to discover. You can see some Poussin, Boucher, Ingres, Corot, Pissarro and Seurat but i found myself preferring works by lesser-known artists.
Go and see them, it's free and till the 1rst of May.
